The evening will start at dusk, your guests will be served ice cold Clams on the Half Shell with spicy cocktail sauce, and fresh Steamed Clams with butter. Given time to digest, we then serve our own home-style Manhattan Clam Chowder followed by Bar-B-Que Chicken and Corn on the Cob.
Just about the time you feel you just can't eat another bite, we serve Lobster Tails or Seafood Kabobs with drawn butter. The evening ends at midnight with chilled Watermelon Fruit Salad.
